Self Catering, Countryside Cottage In Llandysul, Carmarthenshire

Penyrallt Fach Cottage offers comfortable & traditional accommodation for up to 4 people on an organic dairy farm in lovely west Wales. We have been welcoming guests to the cottage since 1995, many of whom return time and time again.
The cottage, a former Victorian piggery, is situated on a secluded organic farm deep in the beautiful Welsh countryside & what could be better than sitting out on a summer's evening with a glass of wine watching the stars in our dark skies & listening to the owls or in winter curling up by a roaring fire with a good film or book, away from the stresses of city life after days spent exploring this enchanting corner of Wales.

The cottage has a welcoming 'home from home' feel with comfortable sofas & a wood-burning stove.
A home-baked cake & fresh flowers will be on the table on your arrival.
The bespoke open-plan kitchen/sitting-room has a large farmhouse table & chairs & is well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge, micro-wave oven, toaster, electric kettle & all necessary utensils, cutlery, china & glass.
A dvd player & a large selection of dvds, books, board games and a radio are provided for evening entertainment. There is free WiFi but no tv reception.

The two bedrooms, a double & a twin, are simply & attractively furnished with the beds made from timber grown on the farm. All the beds are supplied with organic wool duvets & Welsh wool coverlets.

The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, loo, heated towel-rail & washing machine,

All fuel for the wood-burner, central heating (1st October-1st May,) electricity, bedlinen, towels are included in the price.

Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome (£15 per dog).

The cottage is not suitable for children under 5 years old.

Prices vary throughout the year from £350 to £500 per week.
Short breaks are available out of the school holidays and peak seasons from £170 for 3 nights.

The farm is only 30 minutes from the wonderful beaches of Cardigan Bay & the All Wales Coast Path. There are many historic sites, castles & delightful small market towns & villages in the area, also National Trust properties & superb gardens including the National Botanic Garden of Wales & Aberglasney Historic Gardens.
